Flex is a better way to pay rent. For a small, monthly fee, Flex covers your monthly rent on the first, and you pay it back at your own pace throughout the month.

RENT REPORTING w/ IDENTITY IQ
Build your credit score by paying your rent! With rent reporting through
IdentityIQ, your on-time, full rent payments are reported to the three major
credit bureaus, which can help improve your credit score.
RENTERS INSURANCE
Our community requires resident liability coverage, which can be met by adding it to your lease through our partner Assurant or providing your own coverage. To learn more please reach out to your Leasing Professional.
